The Tenth Annual Sedona Conference® on Antitrust Law & Litigation is a dialogue based, limited attendance program that will tackle extremely timely and important issues surrounding the Globalisation of Antitrust Enforcement, including: (1) The Future of Private Enforcement in the EU; (2) Criminal Antitrust Enforcement in the EU; (3) Impact for Antitrust of the 2008 Presidential Election; and (4) The Antitrust/IP Interface. Given the location and special nature of this program, attendance is by invitation only.
