Georgetown Law is proud to present its 2009 Annual Global Antitrust Enforcement Symposium. The faculty includes leading current and former enforcement officials from the United States, Europe, Brazil, Canada, Australia and China. This symposium is a leading forum for lawyers, policymakers, corporate executives and academics to address current issues in competition law and policy. The faculty will focus on the areas of greatest concern to multinational enterprises: new merger enforcement attitudes in a time of economic challenge; how economic thinking will affect single firm conduct enforcement; the latest developments in cartel investigations and prosecutions; and global agencies, convergence and recession.
