The magic circle of competition law in Spain is small but growing. The new Comisión Nacional de la Competencia (CNC) has bared its teeth for all of Spain to see, with a host of dawn raids and fresh investigations since its inception in September 2007. And as the watchdog grows in strength, competition practices are gearing up for an influx of work.
