Austria's Competition Authority

Austria's Competition Authority, led by Theodor Thanner, certainly has its work cut out. With a staff of just 27, it's the second-smallest authority in Rating Enforcement. Plus, the authority has a tiny budget of just e2.1 million, which doesn't stretch very far when serving one of the world's 30 largest economies and a population of more than 8 million.
