Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service

Respondents to this year's Rating Enforcement survey say that Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) upped its game during 2008. "The quality has really improved and it's important to recognise the changes being made," says one Russian competition lawyer. "They are bringing the service up towards international levels." Another source gives the authority top marks for the service it provides, saying the staff is professional, approachable and efficient.
