In March, France’s Competition Authority officially made the transition from two organisations to one – absorbing merger control, which was originally undertaken by the Ministry of the Economy. Three months later, Rosalind Donald met the authority’s chief of staff Fabien Zivy at the International Competition Network’s annual conference in Zurich to talk about the reform and the new challenges the authority faces
