Since it became operational two years ago, Spain’s National Competition Commission (CNC) has become one of the most active and aggressive antitrust enforcers in the world. Spain’s competition bar has, of course, been the beneficiary of the increased enforcement, as both local and international companies operating in Spain find themselves under the enforcer’s microscope. Since we last looked at the Spanish competition bar, every firm on our list has increased its workload substantially
