Switzerland's Competition Commission has been busy this year. It hosted the International Competition Network's annual meeting, launched a string of high-profile cases and made some noteworthy progress in persuading the government to implement a raft of far-reaching reforms to the country's competition laws. If it continues at the same pace, Switzerland's competition lawyers are likely to have their work cut out in the coming years
