Denmark's competition regime is on the cusp of several changes, including legislative amendments and the possible creation of a criminal cartel track. Agnete Gersing, head of the country's Competition Authority, has made it clear that she is serious about beefing up the authority's enforcement abilities and improving the authority's work in the long term.
