Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection

It has been over a year since Magorzata Krasnodebska-Tomkiel was appointed president of Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. Practitioners' enthusiasm for her leadership has not abated. "She's fantastic - a real godsend," says one competition expert. In Krasnodebska-Tomkiel, the authority finally has a competition expert at the helm, rather than a direct political appointee.
