Based on Rating Enforcement's statistics, Slovakia's Antimonopoly Office gave a mixed performance in 2009. The office has shown steady growth in certain areas, but in others the figures show a marked decline. In the cartel arena fines increased dramatically, but abuse of dominance cases decreased by more than 80 per cent.
