Zoltan Biro
Zoltan is a founder member and director of Frontier Economics. He leads Frontier's work in competition policy and dispute resolution. He specialises in providing economic advice in relation to European and national competition law cases - mergers and acquisitions, abuses of market power, horizontal and vertical agreements, and state aid. He has been involved in many of the key competition cases of the past decade, at both the European and the national level, and has prepared expert economic evidence in relation to judicial reviews and appeals of EC and national competition authority decisions, private actions under competition law, breaches of contract and tort, and intellectual property disputes.
Zoltan's work spans a range of different sectors. In particular, he provides regular advice to suppliers and regulators of telecommunications and media services.
Before founding Frontier, Zoltan worked as a director at London Economics.
He holds a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics from Reading University, a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Exeter University, and also attended courses in UK and EC competition law, and in corporate finance.
