Fourth marine products executive guilty

Frank March, former chief executive of a now-defunct Virginia marine products company, has pleaded guilty to conspiring to rig bids and allocate customers for marine products purchased by entities including the US Navy and Coast Guard, the US Department of Justice announced yesterday.
