Sun Pharmaceutical re-files cleared merger

India’s Sun Pharmaceutical Industries will file a second Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) merger notification in the US for its acquisition of Israel’s Taro pharmaceuticals, after the Federal Trade Commission’s 2008 clearance expired.
