Rosalind Donald in Brussels. Officials from France's Competition Authority, Germany's Federal Cartel Office and the UK's Office of Fair Trading today set out in person how they investigate abuse of dominance cases, at a one-day conference dedicated to the changing landscape of unilateral conduct.
