US court revives insurance bid-rigging suit

Plaintiffs in a US antitrust class action have failed to prove that more than 20 commercial insurance companies were involved in an industry-wide conspiracy, a Third Circuit court ruled, but claims of bid rigging will be allowed to go ahead.
