Huston is new deputy chief in DoJ's San Francisco office

The US Department of Justice’s antitrust division has promoted trial attorney Peter Huston to deputy chief of the division’s San Francisco field office. Huston takes over from Niall Lynch, who left the division to join Latham & Watkins LLP in November.
