AAI says DoJ must take broader look at Google/ITA

The American Antitrust Institute (AAI) says the proposed tie-up of Google and ITA Software may create an “unregulatable monopoly”, and has advised the US Department of Justice’s antitrust division to carry out a wider review of the deal.
