South Africa contests ‘restrictive’ appeal court ruling

South Africa’s Competition Commission has announced it will appeal against a decision by the Competition Appeal Court in a price-fixing case against three foam producers. The commission says the ruling skews what the Competition Act states it should include in referrals to the Competition Tribunal.
