Poland copyright group unhappy with court ruling

Poland’s Court of Competition and Consumer Protection has upheld a decision by the country’s competition authority to fine copyright management company ZAiKS and the Polish Filmmakers Association more than 1.2 million zlotys (€297,000) for colluding to fix rates charged for the use of audiovisual works.
