NMa wants closer look at telecoms deal

The Netherlands’ Competition Authority (NMa) has opened an in-depth review of the merger of KPN, the country’s largest copper network telecoms provider, and local rival Caiway. The NMa claims the deal would lessen competition in the telecoms market.
