Biodiesel maker says law firm hampered its antitrust claim

A New Mexico based biodiesel manufacturer has asked a federal judge to reconsider his decision to dismiss its antitrust case against ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips and others, claiming that the company’s counsel committed multiple errors in the matter.
