FAS cracks down on veterinary science regulator

Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has found that the country’s veterinary science regulator, the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Control (Rosselkhoznadzor), violated competition law via its policy on inspecting cargo carriers.
