Poultry producer escapes cartel complaint

Ross Poultry has succeeded in its appeal to South Africa’s Competition Tribunal against a complaint referred by the Competition Commission. The company cited recent case law that prevents the authority from adding companies or charges to complaints in the course of investigations.
