Eurotunnel claims ferry merger would harm competition

Eurotunnel has complained to France’s Competition Authority that the joint acquisition of Channel ferries operator SeaFrance by LD Lines and DFDS Seaways is anti-competitive and entails state aid being given to the buyers.
