KFC owner takes Little Sheep under its wing

Yum Brands, which owns KFC and Pizza Hut, has won approval from China’s Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom) to buy hot-pot seller Little Sheep Group, strengthening its position as the world’s largest fast food provider.
