AT&T withdraws FCC application to focus on DoJ case

AT&T and Deutsche Telekom, parent of T-Mobile, have withdrawn their merger application before the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC), announcing their decision to concentrate on the Department of Justice’s antitrust division’s (DoJ) hearing instead.
