Spain probes telecom companies for margin squeeze

Spain’s National Competition Commission (CNC) has opened proceedings against Telefónica, Vodafone and Orange for alleged abuse of dominance, reigniting the debate on whether companies are responsible for margin squeeze when their tariffs are regulated.
