CC clears in-flight catering deal

The UK’s Competition Commission (CC) has cleared without commitments the joint venture between Alpha Flight Group and LSG Lufthansa Service Holding, despite initial concerns that the deal would lead to a duopoly in the in-flight catering market at several UK airports.
