DoJ drops Deutsche Boerse/NYSE lawsuit

The US Department of Justice’s (DoJ) antitrust division has dismissed its antitrust lawsuit and settlement agreement with Deutsche Börse and NYSE, as the exchanges have now abandoned their proposed merger.
