FTC hits Facebook/Instagram with second request

Facebook says it has received a second request for information from the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding its US$1 billion purchase of rival photo-sharing platform Instagram, setting the stage for a protracted review that could last through the summer and beyond.
