FTC forces Graco to sell overlapping paint business of Illinois Tool Works

The US Federal Trade Commission has reached a deal with Graco Inc, that will allow the company to complete its purchase of rival Illinois Tool Works (ITW) so long as it successfully sells off ITW’s global liquid finishing business.
