Pitofsky: Economics should not be the only factor in antitrust analysis

The analysis of antitrust and competition cases based on pure economic effects has become a “minor theme” in modern enforcement, said Robert Pitofsky, counsel at Arnold & Porter and former chairman of the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
