First CAT damages claim awarded in Cardiff Bus case

The UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) has handed out its first follow-on damages for a competition violation to a former rival of Cardiff Bus, although it slashed the amount from around £50 million to less than £100,000.
