DG Comp: Europe will come first in potential Google settlement

The European Commission says that EU consumers and businesses will be its primary concern when negotiating a potential antitrust settlement with Google, despite statements from Europe’s antitrust chief that he prefers any potential settlement to be applied worldwide.
