Trinko goes to US Supreme Court

The Supreme Court of the United States heard arguments on 14 October in Verizon Communications Inc v Law Offices of Curtis V Trinko, widely seen as a landmark antitrust case. Trinko is a class action against telephone company Verizon which was launched by New York lawyer Curtis Trinko. The Supreme Court has not yet announced a decision date.
