Spain’s National Competition Commission (CNC) has closed an investigation of exclusive practices agreed between an association of local governments, and several trade associations, accepting commitments to end such agreements.

The Netherlands’ Competition Authority (NMa) has fined the general practitioners’ association LHV and some of its officials €7.7 million for restricting doctors’ rights to choose where to establish their practice, thus reducing competition.
