Toshiba wins antitrust approval for Fujitsu deal

Japanese electronics manufacturer Toshiba says it has finally gained the antitrust approval it needed to close its purchase of rival Fujitsu’s hard-drive business, almost three months after it was held up by “one competition authority”.
