Horizon agrees to settle DoJ case

Shipping company Horizon has agreed to pay US$45 million and plead guilty to a price-fixing conspiracy for freight transportation between the US and Puerto Rico. The company’s chairman and chief operating officer still face the possibility of criminal charges.
