Concrete company pleads guilty to DoJ cartel charges

The DoJ is still investigating alleged antitrust violations in the concrete market
A second Iowa-based concrete company has pleaded guilty to price-fixing charges brought by the US Department of Justice’s antitrust division, the DoJ announced yesterday.
