Potash case dismissed on appeal

Seventh Circuit dismisses potash appeal
The US Seventh Circuit court of appeals has thrown out an antitrust case accusing several potash makers of price fixing, finding that US antitrust laws don’t apply to companies conducting business overseas unless that business targets, and affects, the US market.
