Sea Star settles price fixing case

Ferry company settles cartel case
Ferry company Sea Star Line has agreed to plead guilty and pay US$14.2 million to settle a cartel lawsuit brought by the US Department of Justice (DoJ)’s antitrust division. One of the company’s executives was indicted by a grand jury for his role in the cartel.
