The KFTC fined the companies for "unfair attraction of customers".
Korea’s Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) has fined mobile phone carriers and handset manufacturers 45 billion won (€30.4 million) for colluding to raise the price of mobile phone handsets.

Paris’s Commercial Court has judged that Orange Caraïbe and France Télécom may adduce documents drawn from a previous competition case to aid their defence in a follow-on claim brought by rival Outremer Télécom.
