Poland’s Court of Appeal has upheld a 1.1 million zloty (€270,000) fine issued to the country’s National Health Fund (NFZ), confirming Poland’s Office of Competition and Consumer Protection’s (UOKiK) ruling that the public health contractor abused its dominant position.
