Switzerland’s Competition Commission (COMCO) has told telecoms companies that their proposals to jointly implement optical fibre networks include “cartel agreements”, attracting criticism from competition lawyers.

Switzerland’s Competition Commission has fined the country’s largest telecoms company, Swisscom, 200 million Swiss francs (€132 million) for abusing its dominant position in the broadband market.
