DG Comp asked Standard & Poor's to abolish ISINs fees
The European Commission will hold Standard & Poor’s to its commitment to abolish the licensing fee it asks banks to pay for using identifying codes for securities, as part of an abuse of dominance case.

Standard & Poor's face dominance probe
The European Commission has sent a statement of objections to credit ratings agency Standard & Poor’s, accusing the company of abusing its dominance in assigning identification numbers to US securities.
