Humana has agreed to buy Arcadian
The US Department of Justice’s antitrust division (DoJ) has approved the US$150 million acquisition by health insurance company Humana of its competitor Arcadian, provided that the buyer sells its new Medicare Advantage businesses in 51 counties and parishes.
