The US Department of Justice has withdrawn leniency awarded to a Luxembourg shipping company. Stolt-Nielsen, which was providing the DoJ with information about an alleged chemical shipping cartel, has vowed to fight the decision. This marks the first time that a leniency application has ever been voided.
