Tribunal annuls Luxembourg's first interim measures

Luxembourg's administrative tribunal has overturned the country's first ever ruling granting interim measures following an abuse of dominance complaint against telecoms incumbent Entreprise des Postes et Telecommunications (EPT) for bundled services it was offering.

US in leniency expulsion shock

The US Department of Justice has withdrawn leniency awarded to a Luxembourg shipping company. Stolt-Nielsen, which was providing the DoJ with information about an alleged chemical shipping cartel, has vowed to fight the decision. This marks the first time that a leniency application has ever been voided.
