Jesper Fabricius
Jesper heads ACCURA's competition law team. He advises a number of Danish and international clients on all matters relating to merger control, agreements restrictive of competition and business practices of companies with a dominant market position. His regular client base includes a number of industrial and business clients, eg, within the consumer goods industry, the media business, engineering and technical services, logistics and mail operations. Jesper is an expert on EU public procurement rules on which he also advises a number of public authorities and private suppliers. He also advises a number of clients on intellectual property rights, unfair competition, M&A and corporate and commercial matters.
Jesper has been one of ACCURA's partners since 2005. Before that, he was a partner at Lett Law Firm from 2000 to 2005. From 1991 to 2000, he worked for Bech-Bruun & Trolle (now Bech-Bruun), first as an assistant attorney and later as an attorney. He began his career as an assistant attorney with Kierkegaard & Malby Law Firm (now Gorrissen Federspiel Kierkegaard) from 1989 to 1991.
He graduated in law from the University of Copenhagen in 1989 and subsequently received a master's degree in European Community Law from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium. He was admitted to the Danish bar in 1992 and to the Danish High Courts in 1995.
He has published a number of books and articles on EU law, EU procurement rules, EU tenders, intellectual property law, company law and corporate reference books.
