Yu Jin Kim is a partner of Lee & Ko. She started practising as a corporate lawyer in 1998 and her primary practice areas include general corporate law, competition law and technology, media and telecommunications. Ms Kim has represented major corporations in major deals relating to her primary practice areas. Among those, she has been actively involved in antitrust matters and has handled antitrust cases related to foreign companies' merger filings and unfair trade practices before the Korean Fair Trade Commission, etc. She has recently represented Korean Airline in the international cartel case related to air cargo fuel surcharges. She also successfully provides advice to clients competing in the rapidly changing business market.
She is admitted to the Korean Bar. She received an LLB in Law from Korea University and an LLM from the Washington University School of Law in St Louis. She is also licensed to practise law in the State of New York. She is a member of the Korean Bar Association, Seoul Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.
